Intensely floral with yellow apple, quince and pear notes, round generous flavours and citrus acidity. Has lovely depth and breadth. (JR)

Pale gold. Intense lemon curd, lime and grapefruit aromas with herb, camomile and toast notes. Fresh lemon curd, grapefruit and lime fruits, slinky textures, attractive tonic water complexity and crunchy long acidity. On the cusp of ripeness with quite a phenolic twist at the finish.
Elegant and intricate with exquisite purity and minerality. All silken refinement with a silver thread of acidity all the way to the finish. (NB)

Pale green gold. Beautiful lime and rose petal aromas with slaty/mineral notes. Fresh lemon curd and lime fruits and pear skin notes, fine sinuous textures and long fresh crunchy acidity. Lovely depth and fruit complexity.
Still as fresh as a daisy with a mouthwatering come-hither palate. (JH)
When compared to the Bin 51, this has extra depth and more power with pear and apple notes and developing kerosene/bottle age characters. (JR)

Pale gold. Lovely grapefruit, lemon curd and pastry-like aromas with herb garden notes. Supple sweet lemon curd, grapefruit lime juice flavours, fine loose-knit lacy textures, lovely mid-palate viscosity and well-integrated acidity. Delicious drinking. Classic Eden Valley style.
Vibrant and fresh with pure citrus fruits, ginger spice notes and minerally textures. Although the flavours broaden on the palate, there is precision and tension. (JR)

Pale gold. Grapefruit, lime, herb garden and camomile aromas with dried rose notes. Generous grapefruit, lime and lemon curd flavours, fine supple-soft but fresh acidity, attractive mid-palate richness. Finishes al dente and chalky dry with plenty of lemon-lime fruit persistency.
A flowery lime blossom bouquet with a lively and juicy mouthfeel. (JH)
Lemon drops and verbena, some dry citrus leaf and chalk dipped in lemon juice. A fine framed, lighter wine in this series. (NR)

Supple and sweet-fruited wine with fresh lemon curd, lime, grapefruit and tonic water flavours, loose-knit and ultra-fine chalky textures and slaty/mineral acidity. Finishes chalky with bittersweet fruit notes giving extra freshness and vinosity.
A gently beguiling floral bouquet with lovely fruit purity throughout. Quite fleshy and voluptuous on the palate with animating acidity. (NB)

Pale gold. Attractive lemon curd, mandarin, orange blossom and jasmine aromas with flinty complexity. Expressive and beautifully concentrated with lemon curd and flinty tonic water flavours, fine-slinky textures and fresh-cutting acidity. Classic in style with lovely richness, vivacity and length. Outstanding potential.
Fresh and intense Granny Smith apple and citrus aromas. The wine builds complexity on the palate with an exquisite finish and aftertaste. (JH)

Pale gold. Grapefruit, tonic water and mineral aromas with herb garden and slate notes. Concentrated lemon curd, grapefruit and mandarin flavours, superb tonic water notes and attractive mineral complexity. Quite tart at the finish but plenty of sweet fruit persistency.
A very nervy but focussed riesling with all the vibrancy of youth and a core of minerality. Has the depth and length to age well. (JR)
Super tight and crystalline, intensely focussed, racy and long with plenty of zesty citrus, preserved peel and lime blossom. (NR)
