Cabernet sauvignon and shiraz.
ORIGIN
A multi-district blend, South Australia. Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, Padthaway, Robe, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Wrattonbully and Clare Valley.
FERMENTATION
Stainless steel tanks with header boards. Some components complete fermentation in barrel.
MATURATION
14 to 18 months in American oak hogsheads (300 litres); 20 to 30 percent new, 70 to 80 percent one- and two-year-old oak, including barrels used for the previous vintage of Grange and Bin 707.
