MATURATION

Bottled immediately after vintage to retain freshness and vibrancy. Released towards the end of vintage year.

COMMENTS

Screwcaps introduced in 2002. Now available in limited magnums. Labelled Eden Valley Reserve Bin Riesling until the 2006 vintage. The 2013 Reserve Bin Aged Riesling, made with a select parcel of Eden Valley fruit, was released with 5 years maturity.

Retention of pure fruits and natural acidity are key to achieving longevity.
