ORIGIN
Greenock, Kalimna, Moppa, Ebenezer, Marananga, Krondorf, Lyndoch and Stonewell vineyards Barossa Valley, South Australia.
FERMENTATION
Stainless steel tanks with header boards.
MATURATION
12 to 15 months in older (often six years or more) seasoned oak hogsheads.
COMMENTS
Fruit is selected from an assortment of Barossa Valley vineyards, some of which are over a century old. Elevated to Bin status in 1998. Released as Bin 138 Grenache Shiraz Mataro, or some variation of, depending on varietal dominance.
This refreshingly abundant expression of Barossa SGM (GSM or GMS) never relies on
