Medium-deep crimson. Classic bay leaf, blackcurrant, cedar and ginger aromas with capsicum and herb garden notes. Lovely fresh concentrated blackcurrant pastille and mulberry fruits, loose-knit and vigorous fine grainy tannins and well-integrated ginger/vanilla oak. Finishes grippy firm with fresh lively acidity.
Opaque, perfumed, fleshy and velvety with dark berry fruits, dark chocolate notes, exotic new oak and long smooth round tannins. (JR)
Young, self-assured and deceptive. The saturated sweet dense fruit hides the grippy firm tannins. This is destined to become a classic. (FW)

Medium-deep crimson. Fragrant blackcurrant, cranberry and sage aromas with marzipan and vanilla oak notes. Black and red-fruited wine with brambly cassis, mulberry and raspberry flavours, persistent gravelly/muscular tannins and roasted almond/vanilla/ginger oak complexity. Finishes cedary firm with plentiful sweet fruit and pastille notes. Youthful, exuberant and assertive with the structure, density and balance for medium- to long-term aging.
Shouts Coonawarra with soaring red fruits, cassis aromas and scents of dried tea-leaf. Expansive with cabernet s mouthwatering freshness/succulence, supportive oak and highly defined grainy tannins. (PG)
