Care is taken to protect your wine on its journey to you. When you choose standard shipping (detailed below), you’ll need to sign for your delivery and we do not ship during extreme heat.
Penfolds.com offers Standard shipping.
Please note that we only ship to Australian addresses, inclusive of P.O Boxes. A person over 18 years with valid identification must be at the delivery location to sign for and receive the order. If no-one is at the delivery address, or if there is no-one aged 18 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address with appropriate instructions.
To ensure the quality of our wines, we do not dispatch orders during periods of extreme heat. Please be aware shipping delays may occur in such circumstances. Additional delays may also occur during peak activity periods.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Standard shipping is free for all levels of membership - both Friends of Penfolds and Kalimna Club.
For non-members, $10 shipping is charged per item. An "item" is each single bottle or each single case.
Standard shipping is sent via Australia post, and is typically delivered 3-5 business days after dispatch for metropolitan addresses and 5-9 business days for regional addresses.

Please consider our dispatch time frames of 2-3 business days, and delivery times after dispatch of 2-3 business days in metropolitan areas and 3-6 business days in regional areas. If your order still hasn’t arrived after this time period, please Contact Us.
Depending on the contents of your order, some items may get dispatched separately. Please log into your account and check the status of your order to confirm if some items are still on their way. If you have still not received all items within the expected deliver time, please reach Contact Us.
If you are concerned about the structure of your wine, please Contact Us. Please include images of the bottle and as much detail as you can about the discrepancy.
