PENFOLDS KALIMNA CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Penfolds Wines ABN 55 004 094 599 operates the Penfolds Kalimna Club program for members of Penfolds.com.
2. All members of Penfolds with an Australian residential address are automatically eligible for the Program.
3. Participation in the Program is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Sale that apply to Penfolds
4. By participating in the Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Penfolds Kalimna Club set out herein and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before you use and/or participate in the Program. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details regarding use of your personal information and opt out procedures.
PROGRAM TIERS
Each member may qualify for a level of Program membership (a Level) according to the amount that member has spent in the preceding 12 month period (the member's 12 Month Spend). Only cash expenditure on the following is counted for this purpose – expenditure:
• through the Penfolds.com website;
• on Penfolds telephone sales;
• on wine purchases at official Penfolds events
• on tickets to official Penfolds events
• Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Door, Magill Estate Kitchen, Magill Estate Restaurant, and Barossa Valley Cellar Door.
A member’s 12 Month Spend will include GST but excludes returns, refunds, and any purchases made using reward points.
Expenditures are counted only once cash is received by Penfolds. If Penfolds provides a refund for any reason of any relevant cash expenditure paid by a member, the refunded amount will be deducted from that member's 12 Month Spend.
Each member will be allocated (or not allocated, as applicable) to a Level as follows:

Under $1000 Friends of Penfolds
$1000- $4999.99 Penfolds Kalimna Silver
$5000- $9999.99 Penfolds Kalimna Red
$10,000 or more Penfolds Kalimna Black
Each member's allocation to a Level will last for 12 months from when they are allocated to that Level, subject to the following:
A member allocated to a Level may be allocated to a higher Level during that 12 month period, based on further eligible expenditure, in accordance with the above clauses – in that case, the 12 month period will begin again from the time of allocation to a higher Level; and
at the end of the 12 month period, the member will again be allocated (or not allocated, as applicable) to a Level in accordance with the above clauses. If the member fails to spend $1,000 within the 12 month period, they will be allocated to the ‘Friend of Penfolds’ membership level and will be entitled to any rewards or benefits provided to this membership level for the following 12 month period.
LEVEL BENEFITS
The following terms apply to Club benefits:
1. Benefits cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
2. Birthday vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount vouchers or codes and are subject to any further terms stated on or with the vouchers. Limit one birthday voucher per person per year.
3. Only Penfolds members are eligible to use and redeem any Program rewards, benefits or offers
4. Any rewards, benefits or other offers communicated as part of the Program may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption conditions.
5. All rewards, benefits or offers (or elements thereof) communicated as part of the Program are subject to availability. If a benefit (or element of a benefit) is unavailable for any reason, Penfolds may provide another benefit of equal or higher value.
6. Any gift benefit (including any bonus gifts with purchase) is subject to members eligibility (as determined by Penfolds in its absolute and sole discretion).
7. All rewards, benefits or offers (or elements thereof) communicated as part of the Program are subject to change at any time and without notice (as determined by Penfolds in its absolute and sole discretion).
CELLAR DOOR BENEFITS
Kalimna members are eligible for the listed complimentary experiences for their relevant tier at the applicable Penfolds Barossa and Magill Cellar Doors. Experiences must be booked prior by contacting the Cellar Door directly. Members may be asked for their contact details to verify their membership status. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details regarding use of your personal information. There is no limit on the number of attendances by members to the Penfolds Barossa or Magill Cellar Doors in any 12 months.
Silver
Kalimna Silver members are invited to bring one additional guest complimentary. Complimentary experiences can be redeemed by eligible members once per visit to the Penfolds Barossa or Magill Cellar Doors in the 12 months following the member attaining their membership status or being reallocated to a Silver, Red or Black tier level membership.
Red
Kalimna Red members are invited to bring 3 additional guests complimentary, however Kalimna members’ guests are ineligible for the complimentary Taste of Grange in a member’s birthday month. Complimentary experiences can be redeemed by eligible members once per visit to the Penfolds Barossa or Magill Cellar Doors in the 12 months following the member attaining their membership status or being reallocated to a Silver, Red or Black tier level membership, excluding the complimentary Taste of Grange in your birthday month.
Black
Kalimna Black guests are invited to bring 5 additional guests complimentary, however Kalimna members’ guests are ineligible for the complimentary Taste of Grange in a member’s birthday month. Complimentary experiences can be redeemed by eligible members once per visit to the Penfolds Barossa or Magill Cellar Doors in the 12 months following the member attaining their membership status or being reallocated to a Silver, Red or Black tier level membership, excluding the complimentary Taste of Grange in your birthday month.
CHANGE OF DETAILS
1. You should notify Penfolds of any change of name, address, contact number or email address by updating your details online at https://www.penfolds.com or calling us on 1300 095 930.
2. Penfolds will not be responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Penfolds Kalimna Club communications, rewards or benefits.
